Review current systems. Work closely with Analysts, designers and staff. Produce detailed specifications and writing the program codes.
Process Optimization
Champion process control to generate agreed upon controls and outcomes (Standard Operating Outcomes). Liaise and build strong rapport with operations team member to identify process optimization opportunities.
Change Management
Identify and support any additional change managers, change agents, and support users required for projects or systems, supporting the development of appropriate change management plans with change management requirements.

Ngithole App will be created to provide assistance to women and children when in danger. The Application is a device with an embedded microchip that works as GPS tracker and a pulse reader/Monitor that can detect whena person is in danger.
